If Eon are getting half-hourly readings then the Hub, WAN and DCC's part of the chain seems to be working. They can't get readings otherwise.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
I've added some more pics in case they're useful to anyone. The 3 lights in the pic of the meter all blink at the same time approx once every 5 seconds. The Mesh and Gas lights never come on.
The Gas Proxy either isn't functioning or not receiving data from the gas meter. This is a HAN issue. Not much more I can do I'm afraid
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

E.on, can you please take ownership and sort this out. As it stands I have no useable IHD and haven't had for 18months or so. We've been round in circles and to the ombudsman and back, but you have still failed to take ownership in getting this resolved. As noted from other customers, you have been able to send engineers out to solve their metering issues, so why not in this circumstance? Please can you respond.
Being a customer to customer forum where administrators only occasionally get involved to investigate where members can't, I wonder if you would now be better to go back to the complaints route and take things from there. I feel your frustration here and your initial complaint can probably be escalated or you may even be able to get a deadlock letter by now that you can take to the ombudsman although I see it's been that far already. I think CEO@eonnext.com is another port of call but can't be sure. Maybe one of the forum staff can advise if there's anything else can be done at this level. Any advice here @LeeDQ_EONNext @DebF_EONNext or @Anasa_EONNext
