After 3 months it sounds like "a little bit of a backlog" was quite an understatement 😂

Is it something weird with my setup? Is my meter record corrupted? Is there anything I can do to help?

Hi @thedayofcondor I'm sorry that the gas information still isn't showing on your in home display.

From what I can see, we're seeing an error come back when we try to update the gas meters tariff information saying 'error - not the device owner" which usually means there's some information missing which means a part of the gas meter thinks we're not your supplier (we know that we are of course, and are still receiving your readings)

To get this updated, we're going to raise a ticket with the Smart Data Communications Company and ask them to fix this error, as it's not something we can correct ourselves, as they need to 're-assign E.ON Next' as your named supplier in the background.

This can take up to 14 days for them to resolve the issue, so please keep the IHD on for now, as once this has been fixed, the information should appear on the in home display.

Looking at the Bright IHD under gas says "supplier: unsupported", while the chameleon says "EONNext".

It also looks like something happened last night - at 3:20 I received an update for the standing charge (which is now correct) and from 4:28 I have a tariff set (was saying"tariff not found" before) - but it is:

Unit Rate 4.046 pence/kWh
Standing Charge 28.484 pence/day

which I wish it was true... according to the eon website is currently 10.33 p/kWh

Also, looking at it something changed with the timing - the electricity always resets at midnight, the gas was going to zero at midnight, then was going back to the last reading and was then resetting again at 1pm - now it doesn't seem to do that anymore

@PeterT_EONNext i waiting over 2 months to resolve issue after smar gas meter lost connection. You jocking its take up to 14 days. I was log in complaint and still your company rubbish costumer service don't care to resolve issue. If it's will be not sorted in next 7 days i will involve local MP and Obsmund for indolence and totally ignoring issues with it by your company. Enough is enough
