Hi, I got my smets2 smart meter connection fixed (was off the wan and not uploading data) - I now get the consumption but the gas tariff is not set, and the total cost shows as £0 on the display.

Hi @thedayofcondorI've sent an update out as it looks like there's no tariff set up on your gas meter, which is why this will be showing as £0.00.
This should update overnight, so please let me know if you see no change as of tomorrow.

looking into my glow device - something happened I can now see the standing charge - but still no supplier and the price is still £0/kWh
@thedayofcondor I've sent another update out which should hopefully fix this
If it hasn't done by tomorrow, please do let me know again and I'll escalate this to our Smart Team to have a look into this to make sure the updates are going out as they should to your mete.
@thedayofcondor I was hoping that wouldn't be the case, I can see now that the update is failing to go through.
Please can you have a look around on the in home display and let me know if you can find a screen that says PPMID and a series of numbers and letters? You should be able to locate this in the settings on the device. IF you can find this, please take a picture and send this over on here so I can take this away to our Smart Team to find out why we're having trouble pushing updates to the display.
