Make a Payment doesn't work

    I've tried to make a one-off payment from the "account dashboard" on a number of occasions since my billing and usage was corrected, and always get the message "Failed to get order reference. Please try again later."

    Is this going to be fixed in the near future, or do I have to post a cheque?

    As I previously didn't have any accurate statements to base my monthly direct debit payments on, my account has got £800 in debt. I've adjusted my monthly direct debit and I'd like to clear all, or most of the outstanding balance.

    @Barrie Anasa here 👋 Welcome to the Community! I'm so sorry that you're still not able to make a payment via your online account, it is a known issue that we're working hard to fix and get up and running again.

    You can make a one off payment over the phone with us or send a cheque if this is easier for you 😊
