Had smart meters installed in March and had nothing but issues since.
Gas readings have had no problem with. Electricity readings were not being submitted π
Been complaining by phone almost since the beginning. Electricity readings are now being taken and we can now see both sets of readings on the account. Success - or so we thought.
Seems like we have never been billed for Electricity since March!!
Fixed tariff is due to end next month so this really needs sorting before then. Don't want to end up being charged at a higher rate just because eon can't get their act together.
Can someone PLEASE take ownership of this and get it sorted.
How ya' doing? - I am sorry you have had a run around with getting the electric reads sorted. We have sorted out the billing for you this morning and ensured that the account is up to date and will continue to bill you properly π.
