Hi, my fixed tariff contract finished at the end of June and I am now on a variable tariff. However, the smart meter is showing the costs based on the old (cheaper) tariff so I have absolutely no idea what my daily costs are. I have emailed EON but no response. Is there any way of updating the smart meter? Thank you.
