Can someone please help!
Unfortunately my husband passed away in March and I had to close our account as the bills were in his name and open a new one.
The first two meter readings I sent In March & April were accepted fine and prior to submitting these, I checked my late husbands statements to ensure that I was entering the correct readings for both day and night.
However when I have submitted meter readings in May-July, the readings have been switched, i.e., the Day reading has become the night reading and vice versa.
I did raise this with an agent in May and they said they had reversed the readings to the correct figures and I would see the change within 48 hours. 3 months later and the readings are still incorrect and June-July readings have also switched over.
How can I get this corrected so that I don't end up with a massive bill that then takes weeks to resolve.
Many thanks
Heather
@HeatherJohn Anasa here 👋 one of the Community Co-ordinators, I'm so sorry to hear that about your loss and understand how frustrating it must be when you just want to get things right.
The best thing to do would be to contact one of our Digi Energy specialist showing them a picture of your readings clearing stating which is night and which is day we'll then be able to fix the transposed reads issue for you, it's a straight forward fix, we just need to establish which way around the reads should be 😊
