Smart meter no wifi - help

My smart meter has no wifi and when I go to settings there's no wifi options. How do I resolve this problem? It just says 'waiting for current data' and 'no wifi'

Sorry you did not get a response to this query. Was it ever resolved or are you still having problems? Our volunteer smart meter and IHD expert may be able to advice on this matter.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
That particular IHD does not support Wi-Fi, it only supports the ZigBee HAN used to communicate with the Comms Hub and from there, the meters.
You can't access much of that particular menu either. The only user facing part is the option to pair the IHD with the Comms Hub, which requires assistance from customer service. I don't think that's the issue in this case, but without more info I can't do much.Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...
