Eon Next is really starting to **** ME OFF.
I have a dual fuel tariff with them.
So WHY have they only sent me a monthly bill for electric?
Electric meter read 22nd July Bill emailed to me today.
WHY no Gas smart meter read?
And why no gas bill?
And why no dual fuel bill?
Ever since i switched from on to Eon Next they have ****** my smart meter readings up every single month and i have of yet not had one straight forward monthly bill.

Anasa here 👋 I'm so sorry to hear that you're still not happy with us, I know that you've had a few issues since coming over to us, I have raised a complaint to express your dissatisfaction. Good news is that it was an easy fix and you're all up to date now and your gas bill has been sent to you. From now on you'll receive your monthly bills for both fuels and we'll pulling reads from your smart so there is nothing more you need to do - if there is any issues please get in touch and one of our Digi Specialist and we'll get it sorted for you 😊

@Karln I've checked your account and your bill and reads are all up to date and you've received a recent bill dated 24th July with reads pulled from your smart meter, if you're still concerned please get in touch with one of our Digi Specialist they can go into more detail with you 😊
