    look more you rip me off and not given me the fuel as you can see no UTRN numbers
    i want my money back or credit my smart meter now rip offs 70.00 there and i want it back

    I'm sorry to hear that you feel you've not had the money you've topped up onto your meters.

    Sometimes the 20 digit UTRN won't show on your account for top ups made during your account moving over from E.ON Energy's system over to the system we now hold your account on with E.ON Next - this wouldn't usually mean that the money wasn't placed onto your meter though.

    If you believe that these payments didn't go onto your meter though, please do get in touch with customer services so that this can be checked for these dates - if the payments weren't applied to your meter for any reason, these can then either be applied or refunded to you.
