I've had a smart meter since January about a month or so ago I moved over to a fixed tariff but my IHD is not showing the correct Tariff for either gas or electricity, I'm on the phone weekly to the support centre but they just tell me to turn the IHD off then on but its still not updating to the new tariff any help or advice would be appreciated.

So I had an engineer come out and have a look at my smart meter and IHD he removed the hub from the meter then put it back on, he said that there is nothing wrong with either the smart meter or the IHD, he said that a software update needs to be sent to my IHD, he said that there is nothing that he can do as the update needs to be sent with my new tariff figures. and he can't do thar and that I should call the support centre and tell them that my IHD needs an update, I've been calling the support centre week in and week out telling them that exact thing and getting absolutely no where!!!
The way my IHD is working is like having a clock that's always telling you the wrong time.
Absolutely useless!!!

I am sorry that there has been so much back and forth with us! That is not how we like to do things over here - and I am sorry about that.
Good news is that you are in safe hands with us, and the Community is here to rescue you! I have gone into the account and sent a tariff update to your IHD. This should change around in the next 24-48 hours and things should be back to normal for you.
Please let us know how you get on, it would be good to share with others if the problem is fixed, or you require further help π.

So I got home from work last night and my IHD was displaying the correct tariff information, thank you so much for sending the update for me I'm so grateful for your help. -

@connor0811 It should update automatically, but I have just sent it a lil' nudge to get a wiggle on! So likewise, should be looking normal soon!
