Account dissappeared on transfer to eon-next from eon

    Hi I have an eon-next account for gas already - when I recently logged into my e-on account for electricity (same email address for both already) I followed the instructions to transfer to eon-next - but my electricity account doesn't show up on my eon-next account, still only shows the gas one I already had, and has disappeared and I cannot check now electricity reading nor bills. I have used facebook to question what I can do with no reply yet from their 24/7 alleged service...
