its only sending gas readings to EON and not electricity readings, i'm having to submit those manually. How can this be fixed?
the tarrif/rates on the smart meter are different to the ones on my account and bills. Can this be synced to my account so that it reflects my real tarrifs and charges?
I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your meter and in home display. I've sent an update to change the prices on your in home display, these should be updated tomorrow.
We are having some trouble taking readings from your electric meter - as Andy65 has mentioned above, it would be great if you can send a picture of your meter on here and checking on what has been mentioned above.
Another thing I can see on your account is that your reading permissions are set to 'monthly' on your account - this can cause a couple of problem when it comes to us trying to take your readings remotely. If you can, please change your permissions to either 'Daily' or Half-Hourly' you can do this on your online account by heading to 'Profile' and then changing this in 'Smart Meter Data Preferences'

The first thing to do is to post photos of your meters, including the Comms Hub and state which lights flash and how often, 5 seconds is the norm I believe.
@theunknowntech will then be able to advise on the problem with the electricity meter and hopefully @PeterT_EONNext will update your tariffs.
Hmm... EDMI Comms Hubs for the Northern Territory are more difficult for me to diagnose than the Toshiba/WNC ones for the Southern Territory.
Please can you tell me how the WAN and HAN lights on it are behaving?

Ok, every six seconds is healthy then. Please could you change the read schedule preferences to either Daily or Half-Hourly though? It'll help Pete with diagnostics for the other issues.
