meldrewreborn has mentioned above you can do this through your online account by logging in
here using your registered email address.
Once you log in if you follow these steps:
1. You will land on the welcome page (My Dashboard)
2. Move down the page to "My bills"
3. Click on "Manage my payments"
4. Click on "Change bank account" or if this is your first time setting up direct debit it will say "Set up a direct debit" or something similar.
5. Amend your details.
It's important to keep in mind that any changes to your direct debit / banking details will take up to 10 working days to update as we have to communicate with your bank, if there is a payment due on the account you may have to make a manual payment. You can make a one off payment by card, cheque or bank transfer to ensure that you don't incur any late payment fees.
