Thanks. In that case, it makes my diagnosis pretty easy. The gas meter has lost connection somehow and this will likely require an engineer visit. I can try too ask @PeterT_EONNext to do a few diagnostics and probably tack a note against your account in case that helps.

You'll see there's five lights above the electric meter, marked SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS. Please tell me which ones light up and how often they do so.
With the gas LED not flashing on your electricity meter, and from what I've seen on your account, it looks like the gas meter may have never been linked up to the electricity comms hub, so we're unable to take the readings/send information to the meter so that this can appear on your in home display.
It's unclear as to why the gas meter wasn't ever commisioned as a Smart Meter when it was installed, please can you let me know approximately how far apart your gas and electricity meters are from one another?
