My question is why am I asked to give day readings and night readings each month when I'm on single tariff? Both are charged the same rate and the night reading never changes so always costs £0.00.
It's been going on since I joined Eon Next but has only recently caused me problems trying to sort out whether I go on to a fixed or variable tariff because the prices quoted were always for day and night rates. In the end I've made the decision to just let my account automatically go onto Next Flex (starting tomorrow). I don't know if I've done the right thing or not?
I can try to figure this out, but I need to see photos of the meter if you could please.
