A ticket was raised with the data communications company to investigate this issue further - it looks like nothing has come back from this yet and it's been a while now since the ticket was raised. I've escalated the issue to our Smart Team to chase this up. I can't confirm a time on when I will hear back as this is now relying on our Smart Team to pick up my request and then awaiting them to ask the DCC what the issue is so we can determine exactly what is causing the problem with the electricity meter readings.
I'll let you know once I know more.

@PeterT_EONNext EON came to my home this morning and have reset the smart meter. The IHD still only shows my Gas tariff so I am guessing its not all fully working yet. Does something else need to happen?
@PeterT_EONNext IHD now showing both gas and elec tariffs. Can I double check that the half hourly meter readings for both gas and elec are now being received?
You will need to go into smart meter preferences in your online account or app, and set read frequency to half-hourly yourself if you have not already done so.
