You might be able to switch over the phone. Keep looking. I've heard OVO are taking new customers on if you go in by phone and press the hash key when asked for an account number - and my sources are suggesting several others are too.

We're still not currently in the position to exchange meters from standard Prepayment to Credit (keep your eyes 👀 peeled for this 🍊). But we are currently rolling out upgrades from traditional Prepayment meters to Smart Pay As You Go meters, let us know if that is something you would be interested in

@Han_EONNext Hi - not really, I could really use the help! I got a new top up gas meter so I didn’t freeze over the last weeks. However they said the person who set up my accounts did it incorrectly; my gas & electricity payg meters are on “two separate accounts” so I couldn’t get duel fuel smart payg meters. They said it’d take 1 week to migrate my account but it’s been 2 months. Can you help so I can start my switch over to something better than what I have right now? I am feeling the consequences of someone else’s mistakes and it’s beyond unfair.

@Han_EONNext I did yes, but honestly I got little traction - I was transferred from team to team until I got a “you will be told when your account is ready”. The lines are very busy too & I can’t afford to take that many hours out of my day either. Any chance you can help? It’s sad to say but I am happy someone is finally looking at this issue…
