I have held back from escalating this , but I have raised a complaint but I will have to make some noise to have this nightmare end .
I now see online account shows refund. On the 9th June...

Great advice from @Andy65, as your email for the Community is not linked to your account I cannot look into it and see how the complaint is coming along. But if you are still unhappy and feel like we are not updating you enough, please do contact us.
