Hi @Jason1 I'm so glad to hear that the engineer has replaced both of your meters and now everything is working.
It's normal to not see any readings just yet, we're due to take your readings on the 12th of each month from both meters, this may or may not happen on 12th August and may be delayed until 12th September, as it can take a little while for the readings to come through to us, but it usually happens quite quickly after new smart meters have been installed.

@PeterT_EONNext hey Peter, only my gas readings seem to be taken which is odd as I thought the electric meter was the one that transmitted the data? Are you able to have a look on your side or force the electric reading to be taken please?
The third party Bright app seems to be able provide consistent readings to their app.
It looks like some of the updates are still going through for the electricity meter, are you able to manually provide one at the moment?
It can take up to 8 weeks after the installation (usually sooner, but this is just the case unfortunately) for all of the updates to complete before both meters start sending all of the data through to us on a regular basis.
