I'm posting here in desperation. I moved into a new build at the end of January, gas and electric supplier was eOn. Shortly after I was moved to eOn Next. My gas smart reader appears to have never successfully submitted a meter reading. I've messaged eOn Next every month for over 5 months now and they keep saying were looking into this. Or were waiting for an update. Does it really take nearly half a year to check the data from their side?
My gas meter isn't in a particularly accessable location for me as I have mobility issues - I have to get neighbours and friends to read the meter each month so I can get accurate bills.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this within the next month at all? Happy to provide any information if it helps.
