The reading on your IHD is the total kWh ie the day and night rate added together, that's all it shows. On your meter I think the IMPRT is the same, the total. If you press the RH button on your meter, does it start with the IMPRT reading and if you wait, cycle through other displays?
I think you should see the day and night readings, I don't know what that meter calls them but you're looking for two kWh readings that add up to your total, so they should be easy to spot.
@theunknowntech will undoubtedly know the best way to obtain your day/night readings from this meter if it doesn't cycle through them automatically.
On the meter I've cycled through all the menu's. There are two kwh readings. One is 11860 the other is OOOOO. My economy 7 water heating has also recently stopped?
Your water heating stopping isn't related, your fuse board is either getting electricity or it isn't but it's worth checking your fuse board/consumer unit to see if the fuse has blown/tripped on the circuit that your water meter is on.
Have you recently changed tariffs or have you just been moved over to eon-next?
Recently moved over to eon next. Nothing's tripped on consumer unit. Electrician has replaced immersion timer unit couple of weeks ago because it had a malfunction. New timer unit only lasted a few days, I now have to use the boost function to get hot water.
I think I've seen a similar post on here where a customer was moved to eon-next and was put onto a single rate tariff.
If you log into your account and scroll down to Tariffs, is your tariff correct ie showing Day and Night prices?
If it is correct just check that it's right on your IHD as well, Tap on OK, OK on Account information, then if you press the right arrow twice you should see your current 'Credit tariff per kWh'. The IHD does show the price per kWh for both Day and Night, but only when each period is active. So to check your Night rate is correct you would need to do the same check on your IHD at 7am for example.
If you do this then it least you'll know whether you're still on your E7 tariff or have been inadvertently switched to a single rate.
Help should be along soon as well to help with reading your meter. My meagre research only suggests pressing the right hand button once to wake it up and you should see the screen as in your photo. It should then cycle the display and if you're on E7 the individual readings should follow.

I'll check at 7am

Still need a hand with this? I'm actually away until Sunday, but I've got this thread on my radar for when I get back.
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...
