I've titled this thread how to read SKU1 cellular, it should have been titled how to read EDMI ES-12B

Has anyone got a EDMI ES-12B ? Could you take a video of how you take readings and post it here.

This is what I see on my meter, I'm sure it should be showing my day and night rates also.

It looks like we're definitely receiving both readings from your Smart Meter, I've also just managed to take some from 7th June (the next ones should come through to us on 7th July)

It can be a little difficult to manually take the reads from your model of Smart Meter due to how many menus there are, here's some instructions for the exact model you have:

1.Hold OK until it enters the ‘Main Menu’, you will see ‘Billing’ appear
2.Hold OK to enter the ‘Billing’ sub-menu
3.Using the arrows, scroll to ‘Advancd’ (2 pushes of the > button)
4.Hold OK to enter the ‘Advanced’ sub-menu, you will see ‘TOUmtrx’ appear
5. Hold OK to enter the ‘TOUmatrx’ sub-menu, you will see ‘RATE1’ appear
6. Using the arrows, you should then be able to view both Rate 1 and Rate 2.
