I feel my only option is to have the supply cancelled and then i can pay GEC to come out and install one for me. I have installed air source heat pumps to heat my house and cannot use them as they need 3 phase. its getting to that time of year when i cant go much longer, the kids will freeze!

Thanks guys, I have already spoken to 105 who advised i needed to speak with Eon as they are my provider to get a upgraded meter installed to 3 phase. Apparently there 'bit' is done and just need the meter upgrading. I have spoken to Eon but after 8 weeks of trying to sort it, i am still at square 1.

I have had a look into this and I can see that yesterday an appointment was raised and requested for you, so hopefully we can have this sorted out for you as soon as possible! I am sorry you feel like you are at sqaure 1 😮 but we will have that heating working soon!

@Han_EONNext Thanks for your reply and looking into for me, I originally booked the appointment back on the 11th of August and were given 3 provisional dates of the 23,26th or 27th of September. no one turned up, no call from Eon to advise why, no explanation, hence why i feel like i am back at the beginning again 😫. Appointment has been requested again, I'm trying to stay positive, but i would be willing to bet a considerable amount that I will not get a call about the new appointment and i will be left to call to chase it and be in the same position i am currently in today. I really hope I'm wrong 🤞
