Normally... Much faster than that! I'd expect an update to go through within 24 hours at most. The good news for you is that I have a way to fix this in my toolkit. Any of the community moderators can attempt to force the tariff update through, but as @PeterT_EONNext is the IHD Tariff Update Robot, I'll ask him to stop by. :)

I'm afraid I can't locate your E.ON Next account (I can only do this if the email address you've used to sign up to the Community is the same as the one on your E.ON Next account)
So that your tariff can be updated, please contact customer services. There are a number of ways you can get in touch and they can all be found in my signature below. When you get in touch with an Energy Specialist, just let them know you need a tariff update sending to your Smart Meter(s) and they can get this done for you ASAP.
The quickest way to get in touch is via WhatsApp.
