My cheap deal ran out on the 12th June (it was a fantastic deal) , but my new tariffs are not showing on my IHD yet. I am very keen to keep an eye on my usage.
Join the club @Davethegreat1, you're not the only one who hasn't had their tariff pushed through to their IHD. @PeterT_EONNext should pick this up and fix it for you.
For the life of me I can't understand why this is happening so much and why e.on-next haven't fixed it so that tariff changes are seamless and error free.
It looks like an update was sent out yesterday to update your tariff information on your in home display, I've sent this again today so it should update by tomorrow if it hasn't already ๐
@Andy65 There was a period of time where it was found that the updates weren't being sent out, mostly for those who entered onto the new Prcie Cap rates from April 1st - The issue does appear to have been fixed after it was reported to our tech team (with those who change tariff having their prices updated within a few days of switching tariff online)
Hopefully come October when those on the variable tariff change again, it should update automatically this time ๐

Thanks for flagging this up @Andy65 as it certainly shouldn't be happening anymore.
I've fed this back to our tech team, as this could be a big issue come 1st October when the next price cap comes in.
EDIT: sorry should have added - I can see a colleague has sent the tariff update to your electricity yesterday but not the gas, so I've sent this today. The electricity should be updated for you today and the gas prices should update tomorrow.
