My IHD updated last night with the correct electricity tariff and the gas updated this afternoon. My online account was updated today with the correct tariff prices as well so they are getting there. What I don't know is how they're doing it, in batches for example and in what order.
Whilst it's unsettling, and somewhat infuriating, I think we have to give them a few days to sort it out.
My account has been updated for gas and electric but IHD still showing old rates. I will give it a week at least until I contact customer service… that’s what we have to do now as we can no longer get it done through the forum. See here… https://community.eonnext.com/thread...ll=1#post17131
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Yes I saw that @JoeSoap. I asked CS in August to update mine as it didn't update automatically after coming off a fixed deal at the end of July. I would expect them to refresh every smart meter now so everyone's up to date.
