Why won't EON install a smart meter at my property? I've been waiting for years. They are happy to let me use smart meter tariffs but never contact me to install a smart meter!
There is pleanty of reasons why we may not install a smart meter or book you in for one and I am sorry we haven't been in contact to get this sorted yet! Perhaps there could be an issue with the signal, or the size of the meter. The easiest way to check if you are eligible and book an appointment would be to look through your online portal. You will be able to book a smart appointment on there 😋
