2. I submitted a FIT meter reading on the 1st June and was expecting to see a payment arrive in my bank account as happened when it was EON, but no we are now back to receiving cheques, what's that all about ?
Where is my FIT account history and why is my FIT payment by cheque ?

1. I did not receive any notification that I would be moved to EON Next and now I cannot access any of my FIT account history - can you tell me when that will be transferred so that I can see it again.

Same here. Only additional ****-up is that I've now received 2 cheques for the same amount - the second a day after the first! Doesn't speak to things running very smoothly.....

@dgtucker same with me, really frustrating. I've been looking all over to see where I can re-enter bank details again. I paid in the cheque which was a pain and now they have emailed to say there's an error and they've cancelled the cheque and they will send another. No idea what's going on and there was no notification about this change to Eon Next. Did you manage to contact them about it?

@dgtucker. It's a mess. I will end up spending 1hr on the phone.

@dgtucker
Similar thing happened to me. Was notified on 1st March of move to eon-next & that needed to do nothing because they had my bank details so payments would continue to be paid by BT. (They had also requested a meter reading which I gave them on 1st March). March payment came by cheque & when queried was told bank details had not been transferred at the date of meter reading.
Gave further meter reading 1st June. Payment again by cheque - queried & eventually admitted that bank details had still not been transferred. Deposited cheque 14th June but on 15th June bank statement showed "Returned cheque". Much to-ing & fro-ing by email trying to get payment by bank transfer re-instated. This, I am assured, has now been done but they had already issued a replacement cheque (now received - dated 17th June) so could not make BT payment for this quarter.
I will now make another lengthy trip to the bank & keep fingers crossed that this cheque will make its way through the clearing procedures. -
