Best AnswerHey @Spanola, thank you for your post.
When customers don't receive a statement, this can be based on a variety of different reasons. I will touch on some of them with this reply.
First of all, what kind of meter do you have ? standard, smart meter, prepayment, smart pay as you go or economy 7 for example ? This is important to determine how we receive the readings, as the statements are based on the usage that we calculate through these readings.
Of course on this platform we cannot answer specific question based on private account as this is a public community, but if you have further generic questions, feel free to surf around the community where our lovely members are always ready to give all sorts of tips based on energy and sustainability.
Or, if you have the need to discuss this on a private matter, here is the link on the different ways of contacting us. :)
Have a lovely rest of your Sunday,

As has been said by @Bennie_EONNext there can be many reasons for not receiving a bill, all I can say is that businesses in general now seem to put the onus on customers now to find out for themselves. It's common on community forums to see posts, probably posted in frustration, replied to in an attempt to help but the original poster doesn't reply. -
I never took to the Muppets myself @Liam but I did retire many years ago when I was 42. I hope that answers your last question.
Whilst I totally disagree with the direction, it seems that the best way to contact e.on-next is via Twitter or Facebook.
Enjoy your evening. -
Liam;11521]@Andy65 OK bud and I played football for England against Mars.
You see the problem here is if you don't believe me, then why would I believe you?
I could tell you how and why but I don't need to.
I also pay £40.08 per month in total for gas and electric with e.on-next (admittedly on a fixed deal until July 22), just thought I'd mention it 😉
If you need specific help, bearing in mind this is a customer to customer forum, can you add some more information?Last edited by Anasa_EONNext; 16-06-22 at 17:18.

@Andy65 must live in a small house with 1 radiator and a small radio.
You're missing the point mate, I don't want your help. The objective here is to kick off so that I can get some attention from a moderator and therefore some help.
It's working well so far -
I live in a 3 bed semi with 8 radiators, if there's anything else you'd like to know just ask.
Enjoy your evening.Last edited by Andy65; 16-06-22 at 06:51. Reason: Spelling

I hope you get the help you're looking for.Last edited by Andy65; 16-06-22 at 14:03.

Hey everyone,
I can see that there has been a heated conversation. I would like to highlight that although we do encourage our members to interact with others, it is really important that the Community Guidelines are respected.
We are aware that sometimes the phone lines are jammed and that the emails take longer to reply too, but like @Andy65 said, there are Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We have now also introduced Whatsapp as another way to get in touch with us.
@Liam I can understand that you are trying to get our attention, but this is not the way to do so. We do encourage a positive, kind and respectful environment for all our members. We always appreciate constructive feedback and we are here to make a change and better our customer service.
