I'm so sorry for any confusion this has caused you! don't worry there is a quick fix for this one! and the fastest way to get this resolved is if you can up date your online account with some meter reads and we'll be able to get your account billed and up to date for you. Morning @springer The electricity Smart side seems to have lost connection with your electricity meter and we're not able to get reads from it. I've passed on a request to get this updated to our Smart team but in the mean time if you notice that you don't get a July bill just pop us your reads and we'll up date your account but I'm sure it'll be fixed by then ๐
