I have been moved over to Eon Next from Eon and for the last 2 years have been paying by direct debit on the first of each month.
This month no direct debit has been taken as of yet the 8th June.
According to my account everything has been transered over including my direct debit details.
Do I need to do anything or is it likely the 2 payments will be taken next month?
I dont want this to be ongoing with payments not taken and would rather make the payments even though I am keeping the money aside in my account ready to be debited.
Hi @Marty66 Anasa here, I've had a quick look and can see that a payment will be taken today for you so hope that puts your mind at rest and when you have a moment we would love some up to date reads to get your account billed and up to date - have a fab day!

Feel free to make a manual payment for now to get the first bill out of the way. I'll see if @DebF_EONNext can check that direct debit is working as expected. We did just have a bumper bank holiday mind you. :)

Like yourself, my payment went from my bank a/c on 1st June but there was a note on my Eon a/c saying that a payment was pending and it got credited on 7th June. Something to do with the Public holiday maybe?
