Hi,
Just had smart meters installed (may 2022) for my gas and electric. I would have thought that I would be able to remotely monitor my usage when I logged into my account. All I got was a little desktop unit that shows my usage. Is this all we get? A friend of mine who is with Octopus energy can log in from anywhere and see the usage with all sorts of search options. Is there nothing like this with Eon. I have to add that this is on a second home so I cannot see this desktop monitor.
I'm afraid it's a little more complicated than that. E.On Next doesn't currently have any support for this feature and it could be some time before they do. I do know some options for you though, because I've spent six months researching them with the help of my friend Blastoise186.
