Hoping for some advice. I had a dual fuel account with Eon and was switched over recently to Eon Next. I'm on the variable tariff and do not have smart meters. I manually read these meters on the 1st of every month and update them on the website.
When I check my account online using either the computer or mobile app it only shows as having Gas on my account. There appears to be no account for Electricity.
On the transactions page of my account it only shows Gas and Direct Debits.
Any advice on how to get my Electricity use shown?
