Cotters I'm really sorry to hear about this - this is an an unusual response from customer services if you were only referring to the tariff - the suggestion to purchase a new Ivie Bud IHD would only usually be said if the IHD you have is broken and outside of the 12 month warranty of the meters being installed (we would replace this for free within 12 months, and just to mention also, the cost of the new IHD from Ivie Bud isn't payable to E.ON Next)
