Hi, My gas and electricity account has been moved to Eon next . I was told by Eon that my fit account would also be on the same account but it isnt ! . I am due to give my latest readings but my fit account has gone AWOL. Could someone help me please. Many thanks Shar

That would be best. It's possible that the password may have been wiped out by the process but a password reset should get you going again.

I have just had a look and I don't think we have a email address set up on the account! Could you please pop me a message containing your account details and what email you would like to use and we can get it all set up 😊
