@theunknowntech yeah, I was hoping they would just replace my existing ones with SMETS2, but it would be nice just to get anything working at this point 🤷♂️

Level 7831-05-22Be careful what you wish for though. The Landis+Gyr E470 is a terrible smart meter in both the SMETS1 and SMETS2 versions. Trust me, you do NOT want one of those!Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

I'm sorry to hear that your meter still isn't connected up. You'll need to get in touch with customer services so that the issue can be resolved - this may mean that an energy specialist will need to take some details from you so that our metering team can raise a ticket with the DCC as your meter isn't enrolled with them currently.
