im a bit of a numbers fan is their anyway to download a monthly excel data from my smart meter usage so I can see what I’m really using by hour especially when not home
I don't think so @Stortfordmcg, and even if 30 minute recordings do come to the app I doubt that there'll be a download option.
I've installed the Bright app to my phone and whilst there's no download option, it does have 30 minute meter readings. If and when 30 minute readings come to the eon-next app, I doubt that it will be as good as the Bright app.
You can scroll through the table below the graph, you'll have to record your data manually but it's better than nothing.
@Stortfordmcg Some really great feedback here and I've passed it on to the tech team! Hopefully we can get something in development. You're not the first person to ask!
Can I ask what you do with the data and how does it help you?

How about using n3rgy.com ? Just hit the I'm a consumer button on the logon page, have the MPAN and have your IHD MAC address to hand (they will be buried in the settings somewhere (mine are under the Meter info settings (for MPAN) and the MAC address is under IHD Information using GUID information for the MAC)
Once you are able to get in to this site you can download all sorts of data that might give the kind of detailed information you are after. If you are able to manipulate .csv files efficiently (as the downloads are provided in this format) into a spreadsheet programm, such as Excel or Open Office etc., this might be OK, otherwise you would need to go through a very long manual process to lift this data yourself day-by-day from the Bright app (for example).
