Hi,
I had new smart meters installed back in April and although the electricity meter is visible within the account summary and I am able to submit new readings, the gas meter is not. It states the details have yet to be setup which is preventing submission of reading. It has been six weeks since install. Should I continue to wait?
Additionally, should the readings not be automatically sent? The new electricity reading has not been sent. I'll manually update it on the 1st June.
The full process should complete within eight weeks, but ideally within six.

I've made a couple of changes to your accounts (you should be able to see your gas meter details and the option to enter a reading now)
It can take a little time for the reads to come through to us from your Smart Meters whilst we set things up in the background. We're due to take your readings on 6th June, so please check your account on this date and let me know if nothing is showing.

Many thanks for the update. I did just check the account dashboard and I can now see the old meters have been removed from the available options in the drop-down. I can now only choose the smart meters, however when I choose Gas, it still states "We're getting your meter details".
I shall wait till June 6th to see if this updates and if not, I'll attempt to submit an electricity reading manually.

I'm sorry that this still hasn't been updated correctly on your account. From what I can see, the Smart meter itself is working and we're communicating with both of your meters, however, there seems to be an issue as some information is missing from your old meter that was removed, preventing us from being able to display the right information on your account/displaying your gas readings as they come through.
Please can you post a picture here of the yellow sticker that should be on your gas meter? This details the exchange information and I'll need this so that we can correctly update your account.
Apologies for another chase @PeterT_EONNext Any chance you could take a look? I did email support last week and provided details but still no change to account with new details.
