I arrived at Eon.Next after Igloo went bust. I have electric and gas on smart meters, and whilst they worked perfectly with Igloo, they don't seem to be working properly with Eon. I have phone in, and they reported a technician would be sent out to investigate. This was nearly a month ago, and from what I can tell, the meters still don't seem to be talking with Eon.
Is this likely to be a "wait and see what happens" type situation, or is there anything I can do to try and find out what the problem is, and what needs to be done to sort it out?
Sorry for the wait. I took the week off last week and as I'm the most active forum volunteer, it seems this thread wasn't picked up by anyone else.
Please could you post photos of everything for me? I need to see what you've got before I can go any further.
