I recently received a very high monthly bill from Eon. I've contacted them 4 times regarding this to get further information as there was no way I could of used the amount they have charged in one month! All I was advised on the phone was to enter my meter readings for acute charges. Having looked into this further I've now found that one of my monthly bills in 2021 includes charges from 2017 to 2020. Is there anything that can be done about this? Who do I contact to get this sorted?
Suppliers are only allowed to back-bill for a maximum of 12 months, as long as you've not deliberately evaded payment, so you might be entitled to a significant refund. Let me ask @Beki_EONNext to stop by.
