Had new smart meters fitted back in the summer and everything was fine, but now Eon changed to Eon next the gas smart meter is not sending readings back to them
I suspect it's probably just another pesky read schedule issue. I'll @Bennie_EONNext can help to fix that one. :)

There are usually few issues why the smart meter might not send the meter readings. Once of this issues could be with the reset of the billing calendar schedule and reading calendar schedule. I would say, the best thing to do is to get in touch with our social media, asked them to check this option and if in a couple of days is not sorted, we can send a request to our specialist team to reconnect it remotely.
Hey @leannet41, I am sorry that you are not happy with our waiting time. Behind social media there are real actual people who can answer your query and personalise it to your needs instead of having a robotic answer boot.
