Welecome to our Customer Community 😋 we can't quite do that over here I am afraid but I am happy to talk you through things! Your email address you used to sign up is however not linked to your account so I can't see what type of meter you have, but lets not worry about that!!
Smart Pay As You Go:
Download our E.ON Next App, and log in with your details. Once you are in you will be given the option to top up in the app; or you can get a barcode for the meters of which you can take to a paypoint/payzone to top up in person.
Classic Prepayment:
Similarly with the barcode with Pay As You Go, please take you gas
card and electric
key to your nearest payzone/paypoint and top them up. Then come home and put them in the meters 😊
You shouldn't have a problem with topping up any other type of meters, as they are credit and will continue to run and you will be billed monthly! If you are struggling or have any more questions please let us know.
