Really confused by the transactions and statements

    Hi

I was, apparently, moved over to Eon Next on the 6th May, however the transactions show a balance transfer on the 20th Jan 22.

Following that there are DD payments in on 27th Jan, 28th Feb and 28th March

Then there is a gas payment out of 31st March but nothing for electricity

Then again 27th April there is a DD in and 15th March another payment out for gas but still nothing marked electricity.

There are statements but they only go to 20th Jan 22 nothing since.

Even though I've a decent credit balance showing I'm concerned that there is a big bill for electric coming if its not been charged for the last 5 months!!

My meter reading history shows readings on 21st Jan, 30th March and today for both gas and electric but there is also an estimated reading for gas on the 1st of April but no estimated reading for Electricity.

@NicFYou're right the accounting software that EonNext use is a mess. Needs a radical overhaul or a new system. Never had a problem with the old system that EON used.
