@Hadenough01 I'm sorry about the issues you're experiencing with your Smart Meter (or not so Smart in this instance)
I've sent an update to your meter, which should update your in home display within the next 24 hours. Please reset your in home display tomorrow (the 17th now) as the update wont go through until midnight today.
If it hasn't changed, please let me know.

Hi @2Weasels - I'm sorry that your prices haven't been updated yet.
It looks like an update was sent on 2nd April for the electricity but this failed on the gas tariff prices. I've sent this again which should update at midnight, so please reset your IHD after tomorrow.

just to let you know the IHD had updated itself overnight without me having to reset it. So both the Electricity & Gas are now showing the new tariffs.
