Usually, this is actually a pretty easy fix and I can definitely ask @PeterT_EONNext to force a tariff update through. His fixes may also cause your IHD to stay in sync from now on, but if it gets out of sync again, feel free to stop by and I'll get Pete to prod your meters again.Just another guy passing by... Hi @PhilB I'm sorry to hear that your prices haven't been updated on your in home display.
@theunknowntech is correct! We can get this updated and going forwards, they should update automatically when your prices change 🤞

It looks like @Beki_EONNext may have sent an update out to your meter which is showing as successful, on 26th August. Are you able to confirm if the prices are now showing correctly on your in home display?

My home display has been updated correctly to my new tariff Next online v13.
A slight discrepancy..my Home display is showing Unit price 39.65 pkwh and standing charge 48.91p per day whereas my accounts
are showing 37.770 pkwh and Standing charge 45.583p per day. The figures on my statements have been consistent for August and September and
the tariff name Fixed Next on line v13 is the one I was given starting from 1st June 2022. The unit price and standing charge on my Home display are
correct. Thanks for your support, looks like Beki_EONNext has got it right.
