In general, it takes up to six weeks for smart meters to be migrated between suppliers, even with SMETS2. Until that's done, there's no way for the tariff rates to be updated. If it's been six weeks and your IHD still hasn't caught up, feel free to stop by this forum again and I'll get a moderator to try and force the update through.
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

Hi thanks for that, it's the app on my phone that doesn't show same amount as ihd, basically when I top up on line it shows right amount on ihd but not on my phone app
Sounds like a bug in the phone app getting its data from a server. If the phone was getting its data from the meters via the comms hub, which is what the IHD does, it would show the same data. I suppose the phone app could be looking at a snapshot of the data from a time past and not looking at the live data, which might be an online security feature. It would be interesting to know how long it takes for the phone app to catch up!
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Usually, the app should catch up within 24 hours. Smart Meters in Prepayment Mode only tend to submit this kind of data back to the supplier once per day at a random time between midnight and 6am. Your IHD though can update in near real-time. :)
It's a different SMETS Command to transfer the credit than the one that grabs the balance. Each SMETS Command can only do one thing and you can't just run several at once. :)
