Has anyone else not been billed ?
I have sent a meter reading, my last bill was 31st of March
Now its the 9th of May and no sign of a bill!!
Im getting worried I will end up with a huge one.
How are we going stay on top of it if they don't bill us !

Very dissapointing to hear that you haven't had a bill recently! There could be many reasons behind this (but the fix can be easy). This sounds like one for our Energy Specialists to look at.
Please send them a message via WhatsApp with your recent reading and they can look into what's happened here and get you all up to date 😊
My last bill was on the 28th March! I've submitted a reading on the 27th April and still not received a bill, despite having an annoying and frustrating exchange of emails with one of your "advisors" and then escalating this further to the unhappy@eonnext.com address on 6th May who haven't even replied to me yet?
I've since had the latest direct debit, taken out of my bank account and it is not showing up on my account as being credited!
Please do not ask me to contact you by social media as I don't indulge in any form of it.
@Jack47 - same here, last proper bill on 26.02.2022! I contacted them on 12.04, got some reply with a bill on 13.04. - value 0 GBP, simply empty bill! Someone added the meter readings to my account and from 8820 units on 25.03. apparently they went up to 85791 units on 12.04! I sorted this out, but still no bill for the last two months! This is ridiculous. I have a direct debit set up and payment is taken every month, but issuing one proper bill per month is impossible.

i submitted a meter reading on 30/4 and had no reply, just kept showing £0.00. Yesterday I got an estimated bill for double what I have used, never even used the reading. And they wonder why I don't want a Smart meter
I’ve added our gas and electric readings every month to the Eon app and not had any bills since January! Phones are not answered. I’ve given up.
3 weeks ago I received an e mail telling me I’m to move to Eon Next whatever that is and it will take 2 to 3 weeks. Heard nothing since.
