Help I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with topping up your Smart Pay As You Go meters 😔
Please can you confirm how it is that you've made your top ups? Whether this was online or over the phone?
E.ON Energy voucher codes, which were purchasable from the Post Office are no longer a method which you'll be able to top up by if this is something you've purchased since 9th April. You can now top up using the barcode available on your online account at any PayPoint/Payzone store, as well as via our app, online or over the phone.
If you're still having any trouble, it may be best to get in touch with Customer Services, so that an Energy Specialist can take a look over your account with you. You can get the fastest response by contacting over Facebook or Twitter (links to these are in my signature below)
You can also call our Smart Pay As You Go Team directly on 0808 501 5909 (you'll need to select option 2 to be put through to the Smart Pay As You Go Team)
