Why does it take so long

    Why does it now take so long to get our bills?

    Originally, I would submit a meter reading and get the bill within 2 hours. Now I'm waiting 5 days before I get it. I thought this new Eon Next was meant to be an improvement?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving your bills very quickly 😔

    When you enter a reading online, you should receive a bill shortly after (as long as you aren't opted into paper billing) so something isn't right here.

    It may be best to get in touch with customer services so an Energy Specialist can take a look over your account and make sure everything is working as it should. You can find all the ways to get in touch via my signature below.
